John Powers, originally from Saskatchewan, is a singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who now lives in Huron County, Ontario. With a rich performance history across Canada, including collaborations with Feist and Les Batinses, his music blends folk, roots, and global influences.

Raoul Bhaneja has appeared in more than 120 different film and television projects in addition to a long list of theatre productions. His first job in television was in the first season of the 1996 cutting-edge comedy The Newsroom, directed by Ken Finkleman for CBC. He was one of the stars of the television series Train 48, which produced over 300 episodes in two years and was broadcast on Global.

Bhaneja is also the front man of the Maple Blues Award-winning blues band Raoul and The Big Time, formed in 1998. They have released Big Time Blues (2000), Cold Outside (2004), You My People (2009), Blue Midnight: A Live Tribute Little Walter (2010) through Big Time Records and Maple Blues Award-nominated Hollywood Blvd (2014) recorded with members of Canned Heat and The Mavis Staples Band among others.

Joel Morelli was born and raised in Owen Sound and was launched into the local music scene at an early age. He soon developed a reputation as an unassuming character whose style reflected ease and openness. As a singer-songwriter, Joel combines a unique percussive style with fluidity and authenticity in his lyrics.

His earliest Summerfolk appearance was in 2000 and has more recently performed at the festival with Canadian blues legend, Bobby Dean Blackburn. Over the course of his career, Joel has expanded his repertoire to include elements of jazz, funk, blues, rock, and alternative folk.

For those who appreciate rhythmic acoustic guitar, Joel Morelli offers an infectious, memorable sound.

Gayle Ackroyd has played clubs and festivals for decades She started doing Jazz in 2020 during the pandemic and recorded the Jazz Album “He Surprises Me” with producer Rodger Stevenson. Gayle formed a Jazz band with guitarist John Brose and Liam Gallagher on Bass.

The repertoire consists of upbeat swinging Jazz standards and originals. This band would be suitable for all ages and anyone who enjoys Jazz legends like Ella Fitzgerald, Julie London, Peggy Lee, Frank Sinatra, or younger artists like Diana Krall and Amy Winehouse. Ackroyd lived in Toronto 1980-1998 then moved to Guelph in 2010.

Eunice is a Toronto Indie Music Award and VIMA award nominee. She is known for her dual roles as both a band leader and a solo loop pedal artist (watch here). Last season Eunice held residencies in establishments/engagements like Parsons Brewing, Old Flame Brewing, Malivoire Winery, Harbourfront Dockside Fest while squeezing in both a West Coast Canadian tour as well as a European tour.

With her mix of smooth originals and classic R&B/Soul covers, she has been able to captivate audiences with soulful guitars, groovy bass lines, stacked harmonies, and beatboxing - all built live on a loop pedal, creating an enchanting one-woman band experience that lends itself well to brewery, winery and cocktail lounge settings.

Johnny began his professional career as a regular performer in the Ottawa Byward Market music scene, where he played for many years before relocating to Stratford in 2020. Known for his versatility, Johnny has a remarkable ability to connect with audiences of all musical tastes, thanks to his extensive song selection. Julie has integrated French culture for 20 some years and now makes her comeback to the North American continent, with three albums of thought-provoking original songs under her belt. Influenced by the likes of Joni Mitchell, Bjork, and John Lennon, this singer-songwriter is known for strumming the heart strings of her audiences.

Christo Graham is a musician, actor, and graphic designer. He has recorded and released eight self-produced albums and performed across Canada. He composed, produced and performed the music and voice for Margaret Atwood's Angel Catbird, and earned a META nomination for his performance of Jerry Lee Lewis in Million Dollar Quartet.

You can expect a fun musical experience featuring original tunes, deep cut covers with a twist and a modern original groove based in the blues. Silvia Dee sings, plays keys and accordion and Rob Deyman plays guitar and mandolin, adding supporting vocals.

The duo have played venues all across Ontario, Winnipeg, Vancouver and Halifax. They've appeared at festivals such as Lighthouse Blues Festival, West Coast Blues Festival, Belmont Bestival and the Kitchener Blues Festival. They were selected for cross Canada tours as VIA Rail “artists on board" and represented the Grand River Blues Society, playing on stage at the Memphis International Blues Challenge.
